The chatbox and the forum have been completed. All that remains is to upload the information to site wiki.

Although I promised the new site to be active by the end of the year, I think that will be slightly unrealistic, however, as the forums and the chatbox are already operational, They're up and going so check it out (on that note, the old forums are still not up, but that should happen by tomorrow.
