Below are the rules of the forum with a brief explanation of the warning level system and what is counted as spam. Forum Rules
Your continued participation in the forums is contigent to you following these rules:
Please Note Any action that encourages a user to break a rule is in itself a rule violation with punishments equal to that of the rule that it is enticing users to break.
1) Most Important Rule - No mean comments regarding race, religion or targeted to other forum members. This includes teasing with malicious intent.
2) FanSubs - It is legal to talk about subbed versions of anime. It is illegal though, to tell people where to get subbed versions of licensed anime, so any posts that do so will be deleted.
3) Spoiler Topics - Any topics that are about spoilers must put the word "Spoiler" in their title
4) Spoilers Comments - All spoiler comments must be inside spoiler tags. This can be done by selecting the text that is a spoiler and on the top of the post box pressing the button marked "Spoiler". Alternativly you ma place [ spoiler ] and [ /spoiler ] at the start and close of your spoiler respectivle
5) Spamming/Flaming - Spamming and/or flaming is strictly prohibited on these boards. For an explanation of what spamming is see below.
6) Be Germain - Stay on topic, if you want to talk about something else make a new thread, if you want to have a conversation use the chatbox, if you want to just have a converstaion use the Personal Messaging system.
7a) Your Personal Information - No discloser of your own personal information. (This means, no last names, no telephone numbers, addresses, or anything else along those lines) If you post your personal info it will be deleted.
7b) Others' Personal Information - No discloser of others personal information. If you post someones elses personal information without their permission you will automatically get your warning level set to 2 (one away from banning).
8.) Adult Content - As this community is frequented by people under the age of 18, keep the content of your post approperiate for all audiences.
9a) Multiple Accounts - No user is allowed more than one account
9b) User Impersonation - impersonating another user on the forums (claiming to be that user) whether to obtain their information or to simply cause chaos is strictly prohibited.
10) Signatures - Signatures may only contain 2 images, with a limit of 525X150 px per each. Text is also allowed, but no oversized text is allowed.
11a) Site Advertisement -If you want to advertise a site, please only do so in your signature, with a link, image or linked image.
You may not start your own topic to advertise a site. Should you post a link to a site in your signature must not have material which violates forum rules 1, 2, 7b and 8.
11b) Paid Advertising - You may not rent out your signature for site advertisement for cash or for other materials. Should you decide to advertise a site in you signature, you may only advertise a site that you yourself enjoy, not one that someone is paying you to enjoy.
12) Topic Bumping - You may not "bump" (double post) in any topic, for any reason, with the exception of RP's in the roleplaying board, and there only to keep the role play active.

Definition of "Spam"
With regards to rule #5 "No spamming", spam is defined as the following and will be deleted by the moderators:
1) posts that are three words or less that have no signifigance to the thread topic
2) posts that are just one word
3) posts that are just smilies (or just one word and smilies)
4) 3 or more posts in a row that have little to do with the thread topic
5) posts that are in no way related to thread topic
6) posts that are just curse words
7) In-post conversations, a two to three person conversation that is irrelevant to the topic.
These may seem strict but by following these rules, participation in these forums can be a much better experience.
